How much does a visit cost?

All services provided at the CPD are free of charge.
However, we very much need financial support for the activities of our Association in order to help children more effectively. You can support us through: donations,
standing orders for a specific amount,
donating 1% of your tax to us.

What is the territorial scope of our activities?

We do not limit the territorial scope of our activities. However, you should take into account the comfort and possibility of your child's journey when planning a visit to the CPD in Głogów

What is the waiting time for an appointment?

For the benefit of the child, we try to keep the waiting time for an appointment as short as possible.

Can adults come to CPD?

At CPD we work with children and young people up to the age of 18. Our offer is also aimed at non-offending family members/carers of children

Is it possible to register anonymously at CPD?

When using CPD services, you are required to provide personal data necessary for your records. Records are kept in accordance with data protection rules.

Can a child self-refer to CPD for help?

Minors cannot cannot be admitted to the CPD without parental/guardian consent.

How can I make an appointment to see a child psychiatrist?

Consultations with a child psychiatrist are part of the offer of our Centre, they are used by children who are under specialist care with us. We do not run an open psychiatric practice.

Is it possible to get an opinion about a child in CPD?

We do not issue opinions. We issue certificates of visits, consultations with specialists

Does CPD operate a helpline?

No. We recommend the Helpline for children and young people run by the Empowering Children Foundation - 116 111

Is it necessary to wear a mask in CPD?

Yes. Taking into account the well-being of people who come to the CPD for help and the well-being of the staff we follow the epidemiological regulations

How do we protect your data?

We store all data with due care. Only persons authorised by management have access to the data and are bound by professional secrecy. Your data is not passed on to other entities, except when we are obliged to pass it on by order of law enforcement agencies or a court.
