We are looking for an intern for the position of: first contact person at the Child Advocacy Centre.
Staż (płatny) będzie trwał 3 lub 4 miesiące (w zależności od daty rozpoczęcia stażu). Gwarantujemy zatrudnienie po ukończeniu stażu (po spełnieniu wymagań).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- at least a secondary education or
- a university degree with a social science focus (may also be a person in the course of study).
- Experience of working with children, young people or families would be welcome;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- ability to work in a group and independently;
- proficiency in computer use;
PREDISPOSITIONS
- high personal culture;
- self-control
- assertiveness;
- ability to communicate with children and young people;
- discretion;
- responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception of clients, interviewing, telephone contact with service recipients.
- Providing general information about CPD services. Answering telephone calls, emails, correspondence.
- Administrative activities related to the running of the CPD. Maintenance of records e.g. consultation sheets, reports etc.
- Looking after the children while they are in the CPD ( playing
games) - Collaborating with other staff members who provide activities/consultations in the association
- Other work arising from the day-to-day work of the Association
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
